Old independent house arranged over two floors, consisting of one room on the first floor, one room on the second floor, and an attic and bathroom above, located in the historic center of the Municipality of Conversano (BA).
The building is constructed with a load-bearing masonry structure and vaulted ceilings on the first floor and flat ceilings for the second and third; the internal staircase is made of stone, partially covered.
The house in question consists of two rooms (one per floor) and an attic, in addition to a balcony and a small terrace with a small bathroom located between the stairs connecting the second and third floors; the kitchen/sink area is located in the attic next to a small washbasin.
Access to the house is via a raised wooden door at street level and a subsequent stone staircase; the external fixtures are made of wood and glass with external protection in painted iron shutters, while the internal fixtures are made of wood.
