Full ownership of land located in the municipality of Foggia, in the area of Posta Palazzo, just outside the town of Foggia, within the southern ring road SS16, at the edge of the embankment of the Foggia-Candela SS655 expressway, covering a total of 96 ares and 13 centiares, consisting of agricultural land used for arable farming without any buildings above. The single lot consists of the lands indicated in the appraisal by the CTU - ing. Angelo A. F. Prencipe - as Lots 1 and 2, measuring 85 ares and 61 centiares and 10 ares and 52 centiares, respectively. The land is made up of a single irregularly elongated body and has a flat layout. The land is affected by the presence of some electric poles and there do not seem to be any boundary markers between the parcels of the various properties. Access to the land was originally allowed by a right of way to be exercised on foot and with any mechanical means, charged to parcels 274-278 and 286 of sheet 129 with access from S.S. 16 to the south and from Viale degli Aviatori, passing through a farm road to the north. Currently, this right of way has been subject to a waiver of right of way deed dated 19/04/2018, registered in Foggia on 25/05/2018 under nos. 11709R.G./8838R.P., so the land must currently be considered landlocked, and the right of way must be restored at the expense of the successful bidder. The land has no connections to the public water, electricity, sewage, and gas networks.
