Building currently used as a reception center, originally it was a restaurant with rooms. The main building was an old hotel (former Hotel Italia) of three above-ground floors and is thus composed: on the ground floor entrance with stairs to the first floor, one bedroom, a common area, the stairs to the cellars, a hallway that leads to the shared bathrooms and the shared kitchen with hallway and storage; also from the corridor, there is access to a small courtyard overlooking the common area from which a common staircase leads to the first floor, a heating plant, a storage room, two small canopies, and a storage room; in the basement there are three large rooms; on the first floor, we find a hallway, four bedrooms, and five bathrooms, from the stairs accessed from the courtyard there is a kitchenette with dining room and w.c.; on the second floor, there is a hallway with four bedrooms and 5 w.c.
