Independent three-level villa with: basement intended for storage, raised ground floor intended for living, consisting of entrance, large living area, kitchenette, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms plus balconies, one of which is partially enclosed illegally; first floor consisting of a large attic space with a height varying from 1.40 m to 2.90 m, illegally divided to constitute in fact another dwelling. The conservation status is mediocre for the basement while it is decidedly good for the raised ground floor and fair for the attic.
