The property is registered in the Land Registry of the Municipality of Bari on Sheet 9:
Parcel 83 - Sub 3 - Category D/1 - R.C. € 2,937.61
Old construction warehouse part of an industrial complex, but with independent access, completely fenced, with a surface area of about 520 sqm covered plus a yard of about 940 sqm on which some obsolete systems need to be removed along with various materials to be transported to an authorized landfill. Internally, there are some partitions forming small office storage and service rooms not shown in the cadastral plan, and also in the external area, there are some large installations not shown in the plan. Due to the enormous height difference between Via Trisorio Liuzzi, from which access is gained to sub 1 of the same parcel, and the Fondo Capillo del Campo road from which access is gained to the sub, subject of today's sale, the warehouse sub 3 is completely overshadowed by a portion of sub 1 (another property) constituting the lower floor of the building. There was a connecting staircase, now demolished.
