Full ownership of the real estate complex located in Stornara (FG) at the district "Contessa", on the S.P.88, once home to a reception hall called "La Contessa", with main access from the S.P.88 and located about 6 km from the town center of Stornara.
The complex sits on a fenced area of about 6500m² in the shape of a rectangular trapezoid with access from an iron gate currently damaged.
The real estate asset consists of about 4000m² partly intended for greenery and partly paved, about 1480m² intended for parking with bituminous pavement, a building (former hall) in reinforced concrete prefabricated "Gianese" of about 650m² with a height under beam of about 5.70m², office area/bathrooms of about 70m², former kitchens of about 150m², changing rooms and technical rooms without coverage for an area of about 150m².
The prefabricated reinforced concrete building is seriously damaged and lacks any systems, furnishings, and accessories.
The properties are in a state of abandonment and are completely unusable.
Only part of the original masonry structure has been preserved, while almost all internal dividing walls have been demolished and in some areas the ceiling has collapsed.
