FULL OWNERSHIP of three lands. The parcels 1040 and 1041, of irregular shape and flat lying, are fenced and accessed from Via Italo Calvino. On them, a metal structure shed with a bituminous conglomerate floor has been built, used as a car park, and a masonry structure with insulated panel roof, equipped with electrical system, used as a caretaker's accommodation and storage. The parcel 1039, of irregular shape, is slightly sloping and currently used as a road headquarters."
"During the inspection of parcels 1040 and 1041, it was found that they are used as fenced car parks. On these parcels, a metal structure shed for car parking and a masonry structure used as a caretaker's accommodation and storage have been built. These works, without authorization, are rectifiable, according to current regulations, by submitting the relevant application with cadastral plan variation to the Municipality of San Giovanni Rotondo. The expenses to rectify the building abuse (administrative and technical expenses), in advance, are estimated at €7,000.00. The parcel 1039 is used as a road headquarters.".
