Artisanal building in Cilavegna (PV), Via Milano 32

The building is registered at Real Estate Registry of City of Cilavegna at sheet 11:
Parcel 1307 - Category D/7 - R.C. € 2,024

The rectangular-shaped shed, with an area intended for entrance and offices on the north side, where there is also the staircase leading to the first floor.
The first floor, in fact, maintains the original conformation of the building, as the coverage of the previous uncovered areas stops below the height of the windows on the first floor. The ground floor, in addition to the entrance area and offices, consists of a single large room with windows on the west side and an entrance door on the south side. The first floor is also a single room, with windows on three sides, excluding the west side. At the time of the inspection the entire building appears in a state of neglect, with the ground floor cluttered with rubble consisting of walls and other demolished building works. The first floor, on the other hand, appears uncluttered, except for some pieces of bodywork deriving from the Rover car present on the ground floor, and from the survey it can be assumed that there should have been an area intended for toilets and showers, which however currently appears demolished and certainly not functioning except after major interventions. The equipment of the plants at the present state is not verifiable, as although there were these plants in the previous period, in particular as regards the electrical and plumbing system, at the date of the inspection none of these systems appeared to be usable or functioning.
