The property is located on the seafront of the municipality of Porto Sant’Elpidio in a central and well served area. An exclusive fenced courtyard along the entire perimeter of the house, of which a planted part and a paving, complete the property. Access is by two gates, one driveway and one pedestrian, located respectively on Viale della Vittoria and Trieste seafront.
The villa, which is spread over three levels, has access from three doors positioned in different points of the property. The ground floor consists of a cellar built in the basement, a tavern, a bedroom, a bathroom, a room used as a cellar with access also from the outside, a kitchen, a laundry room and a small closet. The flooring of this floor is located at a lower level (-35 cm) than the external walking surface. The first floor is divided into a large living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a closet and a bathroom. The second floor consists of four bedrooms and a bathroom. From the staircase leading to this floor you have access to the terrace.
