Land in Candia Lomellina (PV), Via Della Chiesa 24

This is a bare area located along the provincial road 194 Casale-Mortara, previously used as a service station and fuel supply that has long been decommissioned, without the presence of any structures and completely overrun by spontaneous vegetation, with part of the surface affected by the now damaged asphalt related to the former service station, completely fenced off with no vehicular or pedestrian access from the main road.
The area is about 1000 meters from the center of the Municipality of Candia Lomellina, and faces the provincial road no. 596 former state road of Cairoli.
Located near the exit for the provincial road 194.
Easily accessible by car.
The area in question cannot be transformed into residential as it is not provided for by the current PGT that has regulated the area in Public Service Areas of public interest and general interest.
It is possible to reuse the area in question for the establishment of a fuel station subject to site remediation with costs that have not yet been quantified.
The land is in a completely flat area, and is classified as follows:
