The building is registered at Real Estate Registry of City of Capurso at sheet 6:
Parcel 95 – Sub 4 – Category D/1 – Cadastral Rent € 9,062.50
The property in question is located in the industrial area of the Municipality of Capurso, along the former S.S. 100.
The factory is developed in a single building which rises on two levels above ground, for a total area of 1,347 m2 of which 1298.50 m2 used as a warehouse with an internal height of 8 meters and 97.20 m2 intended for offices.
The office area has been created in the largest part, accessible both from the outside and from the processing area, it is composed of a ground floor and first floor where on the ground floor there are three offices and two bathrooms while on the first floor two offices and a bathroom.
There is also a storage area with a refreshment room above which is accessed via a spiral staircase. The two floors are 2.60 meters high with a surface area of 30 m2 each.
Outside the warehouse there are:
- Room used for power plant;
- Shed for storage use;
- Storage room of 62 m2.
Please note the presence of buildings created without authorization which will need to be regularized or demolished.
