Parcel 600 - Sub 1 - Category C/2

The land in question consists of a cadastral unit of a total of 6,096 square meters. The land is located near the provincial road 18 which leads from Altamura to Cassano delle Murge, far from the town. Access is via an inter-farm dirt road. The land is fenced on three sides by a dry stone wall which has been damaged in some places, the fence has no entrance gate. The land is located in a hilly area near a wooded area, the surface has a slope along the north -‐ east, south‐west axis, with access on the higher south‐west side. The land is planted with medium-sized trees of small size, olive and almond trees, at the date of the inspection it was strewn with weeds and the trees appeared not pruned. The presence of some outcropping rocks and scattered stones was found. On the agricultural land there is a small building in a state of ruin. This building, although identified in the cadastral category in category C/2, at the date of the inspection consisted of a stone wall, approximately 1.2 meters high, which delimited a rectangular space; a frame made of galvanized iron beams and pillars was anchored to this wall.
