Industrial building for the transformation and processing of agricultural products located in the peripheral and agricultural area of the City of Biancavilla. The property is spread over a single elevation above ground with a first floor used as offices inside. Access to the shed is via a pedestrian and vehicular gate set slightly back from Via Nazionale 121. It is composed as follows:
- The ground floor consists of a single room with a metal bearing structure and side closures and roofing in insulated panels. Inside there are monoblocks intended for cold storage, an air-conditioned room for loading and unloading the raw material as there are loading platforms, and a bathroom block, separate changing rooms for men and women, as well as a departmental office. There is a shed with a metal structure adjacent to the shed structure, used for the temporary shelter of the vehicles. This structure, although serving the shed, falls along parcel 687;
