The building was built in the absence of planning permission on a plot of land of about 1,000 square meters. It was presented on 1 April 1986, prt. 6837, request for building amnesty for the entire building. The costs to remedy the property have been conservatively estimated at € 15,000.00 for the entire building and, therefore, equal to € 7,500.00 for the property covered by this notice of sale.
