We collect offers for a company branch operating in the retail sector of clothing, underwear and footwear.
Purchase offers can be presented:
- in a closed packet before 1:00 pm of day 22/06/2022, at office of Dot. Alessandro Danovi, located in Milano, Via Chiaravalle 7
- by telematic modality, using web form "Telematic Offer" made available by Ministry of Justice trought the present webpage before 1:00 pm of day 22/06/2022
In the event of the telematic offers users are advised to start filling out offer well in advance of fixed terms.
Auction base price EUR 580,000.00
Sale operations will take place on 23 June 2022 starting at 3:00 pm
It should be noted that the offers relating to Lot 1 will be evaluated if and only if no offers are received and/or Lot 1.A will not be awarded.
In case of awarding of Lot 1.A, the bids received on this lot will be considered inadmissible.

It includes the management of eight points of sale, also including the commercial license of each shop, the furnishings, the employees and the lease agreements relating to the buildings in which the shops located between: Garbagnate Milanese, Cesano Maderno, Caronno Pertusella, Legnano via per Canegrate, Legnano via Rubino, Lissone, Castano Primo and Buccinasco.
Specifically, of the eight points of sale, five are subject to a lease agreement, one is owned by the bankrupt company and two are subject to a leasing agreement. The buyer of this lot will be required to pay the remaining lease and lease payments from the date of the deed. It should also be noted that the takeover of leasing contracts will take place by means of a formal expression of interest which will be the subject of a separate competitive procedure.
The business unit is the subject of a lease agreement still in place which provides for the payment of an annual fee of € 120,000.00 plus VAT. expiring on 30 October 2024.
