The lands are registered at Land Registry of the City of Altamura at Sheet 69:
Parcel 199 - Arable land - Class 5 - Surface 6,255 m2 - R.D. € 12.92 - R.A. € 11.31

The land in question is divided into three cadastral units of 6.255mq each. The land is located near the provincial road 151 that leads from Altamura to Ruvo di Puglia, and is not far from the town. Access is via an inter-farm dirt road, without fences. The land is located in a hilly area at about 500 meters above sea level, its surface has a slope along the north‐west/south‐east axis, which does not affect the possibility of cultivating it. The cadastral quality, arable land, coincides with the real crop. At the date of the inspection the land was in good maintenance conditions, in fact it was plowed but not cultivated.
