The lands are registered at Land Registry of City of Pescopagno at:

Land in Domacchia - Particles 9 - 11 - 8
• area of 71,330 square meters for agricultural use, the construction of buildings for essentially agricultural use or equipment necessary for the activity is allowed. Particles subject to hydrogeological constraints, with the exception of parcel 11. It falls within the area authorized by the Basilicata Council for mining.
Land in Costa Tupelle - Parcel 10
• area of 20,039 square meters for agricultural use. For the construction of the land, the requirements of the Plan of hydrogeological risk areas adopted by the Puglia Basin Authority on 12/15/04 and those of the land plan bound for idogeological purposes must be followed.
Land in Cisterna - Particles 32 - 94
• area of 20,482 square meters for agricultural use, the construction of buildings for essentially agricultural use or equipment necessary for the activity is allowed
These lands, with the exception of parcels 32 and 94, are used as a quarry for the mining of calcarenitic lithotypes duly authorized by the competent Region.
There are attached inventories of aggregates such as a stabilizing mix for 200 cubic meters, 40/70 crushed stone for 1,650 square meters and natural mix for 700 cubic meters.
