Company branch sale with industrial building in Mangone (CS), Locality Piano Lago

The company has in the recent past carried out activities for third parties in the assembly and testing of printed circuit boards (PCB).
The lot consists of an industrial complex currently inactive, without employees, including industrial property, production plants, machinery, equipment, furnishings and everything strictly attributable to the manufacturing phases of the production sector.

The industrial warehouse develops on the ground floor and on the first floor. It is registered in the Real Estate Registry of the Municipality of Mangone at Sheet 3: Parcel 625 - Sub 1 and an external courtyard registered with Parcel 626 - Sub 1. The warehouse is located in the Asi Area (Industrial and Commercial Development Area), not far from the motorway junction of the A2 Mediterranean motorway.
The two floors of the building are connected by an internal staircase.

Internally, three independent assembly lines (called A, B, C) are available at the production site, each of which is equipped with equipment designed to implement the typical phases of the process, namely mainly: deposition of solder paste, automatic positioning of components, reflow soldering and optical inspection.
Other equipment is available, mainly consisting of a partial line with a lead-free wave soldering station, three stations for the electrical test of the assembled PCB boards, reworking stations for the "recovery" of defective products (one "semi-automatic" and three “manuals”, equipped with relative microscope and soldering station) and two climatic chambers for testing PCB boards assembled under particular conditions of temperature and humidity.
The equipment is overall in a more than discreet state of conservation.
