AUCTION ON THE BASIS OF AN OFFER RECEIVED

AT AUCTION industrial complex for the industrial laundry business located about 3 km from the center of Pomezia and about 1.5 km from the Pontina State Road, an important road connecting Pomezia with Rome and Latina.

The industrial complex was built in the 1960s and underwent a series of renovations and extensions over those years to improve production activity:

BUILDING A - Area 1,314 sqm - property developed on the ground floor only, intended for processing; a portion of it is used as a heating plant and staff canteen.

BUILDING B - Area 392.11 sqm - property intended for offices and services, arranged on two floors, ground floor and first floor, connected by an internal reinforced concrete staircase.

BUILDING C – Area 1,646.64 sqm - property intended for processing, offices and services, arranged on two floors, ground floor and first floor, connected by an internal reinforced concrete staircase.

BUILDING D - Area 1,840.32 sqm - property intended for warehouse use, arranged on two floors, basement and ground floor, connected by a staircase, elevator and convenient external driveway ramp.

Unauthorized volumes have been built; today these volumes are used for processing operations, warehouses, generator sets, water softening plant and heating plant.

There are canopies covering the parking areas and as cover for material storage.

The value of the property is € 1,302,285.60

The instrumental movable assets used for the operation of the industrial laundry business are listed in the attachment.

The value of the movable assets is € 560,000.00

Please note that the property was subject to a lease agreement, now terminated, available in the attachment, and that its vacating will be carried out at the successful bidder's care and expense. 

Please also note that the movable assets were also subject to a rental agreement which has however ended; their taking possession will be carried out at the successful bidder's care and expense, as they are currently still used by the previous lessee.

With respect to the status of the aforementioned contracts, information may be requested from the Receivership. It should be noted that the previous tenant of the property and lessee of the movable assets has filed an application for a negotiated settlement of the business crisis.
