The Curator, lawyer Michele Sarti, with office in Bologna, via Dante, n. 34, orders the sale of the business assets, subject of the bankruptcy procedure mentioned above, setting for this purpose the hearing on February 6, 2026 at 10:30 AM for the Unique lot, at the Court of Forli’ located at Via Lazzaretto, n. 1 in a designated room.

Each bidder, except for the debtor and all parties legally excluded from participating in the sale, must deposit by 12:00 PM on the last non-holiday day prior to the sale, at the office of the Curator and lawyer Michele Sarti, located in Bologna, via Dante, n. 34, along with the stamped application for participation in the auction, the receipt of payment made to the bank account in the name of "Judicial Liquidation of Sacim s.p.a." at La Cassa di Ravenna S.p.A branch Forlimpopoli, via Duca D’Aosta, 82/A 82/B, Iban IT39A0672067790CC0290337781 of an amount equal to 10% (ten percent) of the price proposed by him to be allocated as a deposit.

The sale will concern the "Unique Lot", consisting of the entire business complex of Sacim S.p.A. as identified in the referenced appraisal by Dr. Romeo, including intangible assets, tangible assets, inventory, as well as contracts concerning ongoing orders at the date of transfer ("W.I.P."), other contracts with customers and suppliers in force.
