Italian fashion company with a strong tradition in the high-quality womenswear sector, with a strong focus on the quality of materials, attention to detail and the timeless elegance of its creations.

The sale includes:
- movable assets related to the operating activity as per the appraisal
- the property where the activity is carried out
- trademarks as per the attached appraisal

The business activity is carried out inside an industrial-use building developed over three floors, two basement levels and one above-ground level.
The above-ground floor, accessible from Via De Gasperi, is used as a showroom, offices, workshops, cutting and sewing room. There is a mezzanine level used as an "artist's studio" for the factory creatives.
On the level below (first basement level) there is a large articulated space used, on the south side, for final inspection of textile products, laundry and dedicated restrooms, and on the north side for display/warehouse of finished products with long rows of racks holding clothing. In the north-east area there are driveway entrances protected by an anteroom served by the adjacent public road A. Volta, while in the south-east area staff facilities had been created with kitchen, bathrooms, canteen room and changing rooms, raw materials warehouse and a small workshop for maintenance.

There is an apartment used as the caretaker's accommodation, with access from the public road leading into the paved courtyard.
It has an area of 128 sqm and is divided into entrance/dining room/living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, storage room and a bathroom.
The property has a total virtual commercial area of 8,790.84 sqm and a walkable area of 8,267.06 sqm.

Please note that priority will be given to the evaluation of irrevocable purchase offers received for Lot 3 and subsequently for Lot 5. Therefore, in the presence of one or more irrevocable purchase offers concerning Lot 3 (Industrial property in Camerano), and Lot 5 (Transfer of a company including the industrial property and machinery for an activity operating in the clothing sector in Camerano, i.e., a company without a trademark), the irrevocable offers submitted for Lot 1 will not be taken into consideration, unless otherwise indicated by the Procedure, and the Lots will be awarded as indicated above, or an upward bidding auction will be called for said Lot, should there be two or more irrevocable offers, deemed appropriate and admissible by the Receiver based on the requirements indicated in these sale regulations.
