Art nouveau villa located in the historic center of Lipari. The building, built in the early 1900s, between 2003 and 2005 was completely renovated and equipped with all comforts without upsetting the structure.

From the internal staircase on the first floor, you access the panoramic terrace with a breathtaking view over the whole island: from the Castle to the port of Pignataro, upstream Gallina and Castellaro.
