The property is the subject of a lease agreement starting from 01/06/2015 for a duration of 6 years and renoved for the same duration. The annual fee is € 462,000.00. The current operators of activities have no connection with this procedure and are not in a state of crisis.
In express derogation from art.41 of Law 27.7.78, n. 392, the Lessor expressly recognizes the Lessee's right of pre-emption and redemption provided for by articles 38, 39, 40 of the same Law no. 392/78 which can therefore be exercised directly by the Lessee.

The lot in question consists of a big-sized factory located in an area with a prevalent production destination in a strategic position, as it is a short distance from the highway (Strada Statale 75), which runs close to the northern border of the property and which is easily accessible thanks to the widespread public road network and/or subdivision, also making it easier to access additional primary and secondary services.

The factory (Sub. 6) consists of a single building divided into two portions (one of which is equipped with an overhead crane), which rises to one floor above ground and is only a small part of the mezzanine.
The structure is made of prestressed reinforced concrete and the infill panels in prefabricated reinforced concrete, on the roof there is the photovoltaic system (Sub. 4) with a nominal power of 746.26 Kwp.
Internally there are boxes for offices, changing rooms and toilets, complete with the usual accessories.
The useful internal heights vary from a minimum of 8.15 m (4.00 m for the mezzanine portion), to a maximum of 10.00 m.

On the east facade of the factory there are n. 10 loading/unloading docks, while to the south of the same building, a shelter is under construction for the shelter/recharging of forklifts.

On the South-West side there is a Power Station and FTV Measurement Room (Parcel 1418).

The property is completed by an external courtyard of 32,074 square meters largely bitumed.
