Irrevocable purchase offers are collected for the canal harbour called "Portorosa" located in Furnari (ME), with annexed service rooms for a total surface area of 92,331 sqm.

Canal harbour called "Portorosa", in the part falling on a private area (therefore excluding the outpost), that is the canal with variable bathymetry with docks and related facilities and furnishings for service dock, located upstream of the state limit identified with the ideal line extension of Viale Camparia (southern limit of parcel 1107), and delimited by common areas and third party properties.

The premises serving the structure are located in the "Tribunetta" and precisely: a) a room used as a toilet, with attached showers, with an independent entrance on the ground floor (East side), which borders on the maritime domain by crossing the dividing line; b) room used as an office on the first floor (excluding the roof terrace above) with annexed covered porch, steps and share of the access space to it. The total surface of the internal rooms, which falls within a private area, is approximately 123 square meters.

In the assignment contract stipulated by the Curatorship with the company Portorosa Marina Yachting on 06.12.2011, for the management of port services, and tacitly renewed, the management relationship is expected to dissolve in advance in the event of liquidation of the structure during the bankruptcy procedure.

The canals include approximately 600 (six hundred) berths, located both along the banks of the navigable canals and in the mooring jetty called "Centro Commerciale" or "Marina Grande", subject to mooring contracts stipulated by the bankrupt company with a deadline set for 23 June 2034. Some places boat are subject to litigation relating to the ascertainment of the right on them due to users. The successful tenderer will then take over from the company Bazia Gardens in the mooring contracts and to the Curatorship in the ongoing dispute (in the state in which it will be at the time of awarding), and in what should arise after awarding.

  3. Wait for the outcome of the auction

    Once the auction is over, if you have won the item, you will receive all the information to make the payments within the established terms and proceed with the transfer of ownership. In the event that you are not the winning bidder of the property, the deposit paid will be returned to you within the terms provided by the sales conditions.
