The properties in question are made up of old buildings of rural type inserted inside a old court, in addition to a building and some lands  external the court.
The building on the parcel 158 is located outside the courtyard, formed by four floors above ground. Internally there are four units of popular type. Externally it's in a state of degradation and of neglect.
The partcel 371 there's the building called "il molino" which is develop over four floors. All the floors are connected to each other by an internal staircase and are composed of a single compartment. The intermediate floors have a large hole where the machinery for the mill activity isn't longer present. The building appears in a state of degradation and abandonment.
The building identified with the parcel 1025 is a sheds used as warehouse. Located along the north-west border it's formed by one floor. Internally it hasn't divisions and can be accessed by driveway. And 'it presents an upper floor (abusive) not accessible and a local further, not shown in the cadastral plans, which can be accessed from the outside.
The parcel 159 is a residential building with a rustic annex. The main building, residential, is located along the northern border and is develop over four floors. The secondary factory building, located along the eastern border, is spread over two floors above ground used as a pigsty, stable, warehouse, barn and woodshed. An external porch is present. The structure is in an advanced state of degradation.
The building on the parcel 184 inside the court is formed over two floors above ground. The building is made up of three units of popular type in an advanced state of decay and neglect.
The rustic annex, parcel 373, is located along the southern border, used as a stable with a barn, which is also in a state of decay and neglect.
The land marked 166 and 162 are located outside the court aren't cultivated and without construction. All remaining lands are related to the buildings described above.
