In the Real Estate Registry what in question is registered in sheet 69, parcel 205, sub 500, cat. D/8, € 9,003 annuity;

b) real estate unit with a flat geometric shape, arranged on a single floor without internal divisions and toilets, as it is functionally connected to the unit described above; the property also consists of an external mobile tensile structure, partially covering the surrounding courtyard, for loading and unloading goods.
In the Real Estate Registry the subject is registered in sheet 69, parcel 205, sub. 503, cat. D/8, € 2,598 annuity;

Ownership status: occupied by virtue of a business branch lease contract authenticated by Notary Marino on 21 June 2013 rep.n.55.103/8.768, amended with subsequent authenticated act by Notary Marino on 21 June 2016 rep. 57.991/10.116, to be considered free as indicated below.

All as better described in the appraisal in deeds drawn up by the surveyor Massimo Barbieri on 23 February 2015 and its update on 26 September 2016 which are valid for all purposes for the exact identification of the assets themselves and for their factual and legal situation.

It is noted, as described in the report, that:

for the property sub a):
from the comparison between the state of the places and the planimetry deposited in the Cadastre, various planimetric and destination irregularities of the rooms result

for the property sub b):
from the comparison between the state of the places and the plan, it appears that the tensile structure is seasonal and therefore in the summer months it must be dismantled and that the dimensions of the structure are greater than those declared in the D.I.A file;
