Property inserted in a nucleus of ancient formation. The area is mainly residential, the main neighborhood services are nearby and the general road system is good with a fair amount of public parking nearby. Access to the property is through a portico and a common courtyard.
The entrance is directed on an exclusive staircase that reaches the first floor where there is an empty room with a balcony. At the moment there are no connections between this floor and the levels of the second floor and the attic distributed as per the files and photographs attached to this report.
The building has undergone building renovations without any requests or communications having been filed with the Technical Office, except for the authorization presented regarding the reconstruction of the roof which is completed.
Some portions of the attic were made with wooden framework and exposed beams. The unit has no systems and overall requires renovation work and the prior presentation of a building practice in amnest.

L’accesso all’immobile avviene attraversando un porticato e un cortile comune.  L’ingresso è diretto su una scala esclusiva che raggiunge il primo piano dove si trova un vano vuoto con ballatoio.
