Complex of disused industrial buildings with adjoining area of relevance, composed
from:
- main body, arranged over a total of seven floors, where the milling activity took place, including the adjacent sheds and office premises
- the warehouse in a detached body
- apartment on two floors, adjacent to the main building
- free open area pertaining to the courtyard
- beyond via Piave, shed with annexed fenced area

In the courtyard area the rails are still present, drowned in the pavement.
It can be seen, near the main body, the weighbridge and near the warehouse, in the west corner, the fuel pump with underground tank.

The current PGT identifies the area as "productive in an improper area", i.e. areas used by production activities in a situation mixed with residential areas. The production destination is deemed improper and consequently provisional.
There are two applicable regulatory regimes:

B – transformation of abandoned areas
In case A - the area and the buildings contained therein are inactive and in a poor state of maintenance.
In case B – through an implementation plan it is possible to transform the area from industrial to residential, as the main destination, but tertiary and commercial activities are also allowed.
This requires an open dialogue with the Municipal Administration.
