COMPETITIVE SALE PROCEDURE

Calls for the formulation of better offers for the purchase of the real estate complex located in the municipality of Grezzana, Via Domenico da Lugo n. 28 and better described in the premises of this announcement and currently used for the industrial processing of marble consisting of four sheds connected to each other and an office building on two levels, adjacent to one of them, as well as a fenced yard / appurtenant area. The aforementioned properties are identified:
• Real Estate Registry of City of Grezzana (VR) Sheet 15 parcel 127, Via Domenico Da Lugo P. T1, cat. D/7 - Cadastral Rent € 9,941.80.
• Land Registry of the Municipality of Grezzana (VR) Sheet 15 parcel 127 - Urban area, ha. 0.72.71
that the aforementioned properties are in the state best described in the report by the architect Luca Paolini who is available at the Bankruptcy Trustee's Office;
• that in relation to the buildings identified above, the Curatela has received an irrevocable purchase proposal at a price of € 400,000.00.- (four hundred thousand/00) plus taxes, transfer costs and the cancellation of encumbrances
• The property, currently rented by third parties, will be spontaneously released by the present occupant within 18 (eighteen) months of the signing of the public deed of sale with the successful bidder.
• The industrial machines and equipment owned by the tenant are not included in the sale.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Presentation of the offer: Offers must be sent in a sealed envelope to the Curator's Office in Verona, Via Teatro Filarmonico n. 12 no later than 1.00 pm on 24 August 2022.

Opening of the envelopes and awarding: The opening of the envelopes received will be held on 25 August 2022 at 3:30 pm at the headquarters of the Curator's Office in Verona, via Teatro Filarmonico n. 12 also in the presence of the original bidder.

In the event of multiple valid offers, the tender between bidders will take place before the Curator's Office in the following ways:
to. basic auction price equal to the highest bid received;
b. increases of € 2,000.00 (two thousand / 00) within 1 (one) minute of the previous one;
c. provisional award to the bidder the highest price
