The building is registered at Real Estate Registry of City of Gaeta at sheet 34:

Parcel 912 - Sub 30 - Category F/4 - Unit being defined
Parcel 1771 - Urban Area sqm 394

The real estate unit consists of a multi-room apartment in its raw state undergoing complete renovation with a future destination presumed to be for services of collective interest, with a total gross useful commercial surface area of approximately 360 sqm, with a perimetral courtyard (shared with the property on Lot 4) with a surface area of approximately 394 sqm.

Entrance to the unit is possible through some aluminum and glass French windows which directly overlook the courtyard. The interior is currently undergoing a complete renovation and appears to be an open construction site (which has been closed for some time and is in a state of abandonment), with new partitions built but without plaster, floors, systems, internal fixtures and finishes, all still to be carried out.
The internal height is 3.25 m.

The real estate unit is currently substantially different, in terms of distribution of internal spaces, compared to the project presented in support of the amnesty procedure no. 1131/S, while no opinion can be expressed on the possible conformity with the project accompanying the amnesty procedure no. 427/B as it was not found in the Municipality's records.
However, it is considered sanable.
