The land in question falls into two distinct areas, in particular:
• The area identified with Parcel 401 and Parcel 508 and 509, falls within the preventive urban planning intervention of public initiative, project, with special requirements, relating to "Residential Expansion Zone, Sub-area 2", called " PL12 ”, regulated by Articles 1 - 3 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 13 - 19 - 49 - 55 - 60 of the Technical Implementation Regulations; the acronym "PL12" identifies the residential subdivision in the "Le Vergini" area;
• The area identified with a portion of Parcel 401, is indicated as "Completion Residential Area, Sub-area 1", with particular prescription "Nmt02", regulated by Articles 1 - 3 - 8 - 12 - 13 - 15 - 18 - 60 - 61 of the Technical Implementation Rules.
The portion of land in question, falling within the "Completion Residential Area, Sub-area 1" has a building capacity of 1,584.00 cubic meters on an area estimated at approximately 1,056 square meters.
