On the land there are 25 centuries-old olive trees and a rural building.
The rural building consists of a very ancient, centuries-old turret, never restored, built with huge blocks of dry stone, with a rectangular base, with two sides of about 4 meters and two of just over 3.50 m., for a height about 6 meters, and inside there is a large ancient stone millstone.
This building has an important environmental and landscape value, such as the centuries-old olive trees, for which it falls within the architectural-environmental assets protected by PPTR, Regional Thematic Territorial Landscape Plan.
