The building in question is located in a peripheral area and is spread over three levels, two above ground and one underground.
The commercial premises are located on the ground floor, all equipped with large metal shutters and aluminum and glass doors. Sub 5 has only the access door as a source of air and light and is equipped with a bathroom, while the other rooms are equipped with windows that guarantee good brightness but do not have toilets. The construction elements and finishes are the same for all, internal walls are plastered, the floors are covered with concrete. The electrical, water and sewage systems are dated and need restoration. The finishes are poor.
In the basement there are warehouses, all equipped with large metal shutters; they have a regular shape, the internal walls are in their raw state without coverings and the floors are covered with concrete pads. Access to the basement is via the adjacent service station.
