The property is part of a four-storey building above ground located about 250 metres from the railway station and about 1 km from the town centre.

The warehouse has independent access from the driveway gate through a small courtyard for exclusive use facing the street and consists of a large room and bathroom with related hallway, as well as a mezzanine accessible via a flight of stairs.

Please note the presence of irregularities, in particular a larger mezzanine portion has been built that occupies the entire room, as well as another visible mezzanine portion overlooking the warehouse room and the construction of a plasterboard wall in the area in front of the entrance. To restore the urban planning and building compliance of the property, it will be necessary to remove part of the mezzanine as well as submit a Late CILA, including the cadastral update.
