Sale in a single lot pursuant to art. 214 para. 1 C.C.I.I.:
i) of the legal action undertaken concerning the deed executed on 24.07.2023 by notary Elio Casalino, register no. 54241, collection no. 24987, registered on 31.07.2023 with the Rome 1 Revenue Agency under no. 22104 series 1T, by which Ternana Calcio s.r.l. transferred to Ternana Women Società Sportiva Dilettantistica a r.l. the business branch relating to the women's sector of Ternana Calcio s.p.a., at the price of EUR 5,800,000.00;
ii) of the shares of Stadium S.p.A., a company 100% controlled by Ternana Calcio s.r.l., at the price of EUR 1,200,000.00
