MIXED SYNCHRONOUS SALE - Industrial complex in Amelia (TR), Porchiano del Monte hamlet, Via Orvieto 14
Offers are being collected for an industrial complex consisting of 8 warehouses and two plots of land.
Purchase offers may be submitted:
- in a sealed envelope by 12:00 noon on 15/09/2026, at the Bankruptcy Clerk’s Office of the Court of Terni
- electronically, using the web form "Electronic offer" made available by the Ministry of Justice through this web page by 12:00 noon on 15/09/2026
In the case of an electronic offer, users are advised to start completing the offer well in advance of the set deadline.

Real estate complex consisting of no. 8 industrial warehouses/sheds, with appurtenant area, previously used for processing products of vegetable origin (cereals and oil seeds), transformed into derivatives for animal feed (feedstuffs), as well as for the extraction of oil for food/zootechnical use from oil seeds.
The complex is laid out as follows:
- feed mill and packaging area of 187.00 sqm
- three warehouses intended for storage of 781.00 sqm
- warehouse of 193.00 sqm
- room intended for oil extraction of 218.00 sqm
- warehouse intended for storage of bulk goods of 565.00 sqm
- workshop of 66.00 sqm
- offices of 70.00 sqm
- area intended for external yard of 9,330.00 sqm
The external yard, without asphalt paving, is used for the movement of transport vehicles for loading and unloading goods.
On the area constituting the yard there is a right of way in favor of the building registered under parcel 46 of sheet 54 of Amelia. Said easement has been exercised peacefully for over twenty years without having been regularized or recorded over time.
Non-conformities are present.
The purchaser is charged with removing the aforementioned non-conformities at their own care and expense before the execution of the deed of transfer, as better specified in the Notice of Sale.
