Configni (RI)
The warehouses for agricultural activity are located along Via Eremita, about 2.5 km from the urban center of Configni.
They have a cadastral area of 107 sqm.
The entire building consists of several rooms with access also suitable for vehicles; the same rooms are compliant, as far as it was possible to inspect, with the cadastral floor plans and are used as warehouses for agricultural activity.
The building is in very poor condition due to neglect and age and has no systems.
The warehouses are located within the cadastral parcel registered on sheet 6 with number 196 of the Municipality of Configni, owned by third parties. From the examination of the satellite images of "Google Earth" dated July 2015 it can be noted that there was an access at the top of parcel 196 that reached the properties in question, then exited and joined the municipal road; in the cadastral map issued by the Provincial Directorate of Rieti, however, no rural road or right of way is shown.
