Storage unit located in the historic center of the Municipality of Bolsena, less than 100 meters from the Rocca Monaldeschi della Cervara, about 300 meters from Piazza Matteotti and about 1 km from the lakeside promenade and the Port.
It has a cadastral area of 18 sqm.
The unit consists of a staircase connecting the entrance from the public street to the actual basement area, where there is first a small room and then a larger one, both used for storage of foodstuffs - cellar; it is almost entirely excavated into the natural rock and lacks plaster, paintwork, as well as flooring and utility systems.
Please note that the property is currently occupied without title.
