SYNCHRONOUS MIXED SALE - Industrial complex in Amelia (TR), Frazione Porchiano del Monte, Via Orvieto 14
Bids are being collected for an industrial complex consisting of 8 warehouses and two plots of land.
Bids can be submitted:
- in a sealed envelope by 12:00 PM on 10/06/2025, at the Bankruptcy Office of the Court of Terni
- electronically, using the web form "Electronic Offer" provided by the Ministry of Justice through this web page by 12:00 PM on 10/06/2025
In case of electronic offer, users are advised to start the offer compilation process well in advance of the deadline.

Real estate complex consisting of 8 industrial warehouses, with a relevant area, already intended for the processing of plant-based products (cereals and oilseeds), transformed into derivatives for animal feed (feed), in addition to the extraction of oil for food/zoothecnical use from oilseeds.
The complex consists of:
- feed mill and packaging of 187.00 sqm
- three warehouses for storage 781.00 sqm
- warehouse 193.00 sqm
- room for oil extraction 218.00 sqm
- warehouse for bulk storage 565.00 sqm
- workshop 66.00 sqm
- offices 70.00 sqm
- area designated for external yard 9,330.00 sqm
The external yard, lacking a bituminous surface, is used for the movement of transport vehicles for loading and unloading goods.
On the area constituting the yard, there is an easement for passage in favor of the building registered with parcel 46 of sheet 54 of Amelia. This easement has been exercised peacefully for over twenty years without being regularized or recorded over time.
There are discrepancies present.
The buyer is responsible for the elimination of the aforementioned discrepancies at their own care and expense before the signing of the transfer deed, as further specified in the Sale Notice.
