The properties are registered at Real Estate Registry of City of Magione at sheet 30:

Parcel 427 sub 12, Category C/3 - Consistency 325 sqm;
Parcel 427 sub 14;
Parcel 424 - Category D/8;

The lot consists of two real estate units currently in possession of the executive but not occupied, one of which is represented by an artisan shed with relative small appurtenant courtyard, and one by a warehouse and office premises. The second real estate unit is part of a larger complex of remote construction. These properties represent a single compendium which despite having distinct cadastral identification Warehouses - part. 424 The access to this cadastral unit is represented by a metal driveway gate with two leaves on a parcel owned by third parties and therefore not foreclosed (part. 60). The first section of the courtyard in front of the building used as a warehouse also insists on the same parcel as above (detail 60). The building consists of two buildings built in subsequent periods, one with a rectangular shape and the other square. In the first body of the building there is an external toilet.
