Full ownership rights on small plots of land, inserted in the mountain area of the Subasio natural park, with ruins and a portion of a collaborating building, located in the Municipality of Assisi, Località Armenzano, Vocaboli Vigne II and Palombaro, have an area of 25,558 square meters, to which are added the areas corresponding to the site of the ruin and the surrounding courtyard for an area of 1,026 square meters; represented by plots of land on high hills, uncultivated-arborated or wooded, divided into three bodies, two of which are located in Vocabolo Vigne II, also including a portion of a collaborating building, placed in adherence to the property of non-executive third parties, and another body site at higher elevation, in Voc. Palombaro, with ruin inland; all within the perimeter of the Monte Subasio Natural Park, in zone "C" - a protection area, unused and in a state of neglect.
