The building is located on the main street of the district of Padule, directly overlooking the street. The building consists of three floors above ground. On the ground floor, which has an area of 55 square meters, it is accessed directly from the main road and consists of 3 compartments. The first floor, the second and the attic floor are a single real estate unit accessed from the back of the building. On the first floor we find the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. Going up to the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. through the common staircase to all floors we arrive at the attic, of 59 square meters, not totally usable. All the rooms are plastered and painted, the floors are made of porcelain stoneware and single-fired tiles, the systems are functional and built in compliance with the current regulations. The unit on the ground floor has no heating system.
