The access to the company takes place from the Antria local road through a privately owned macadam road (executed and others) that ends near the company buildings and reported in the cadastral maps, the real route is not perfectly coincident with what is reported in the map cadastral. The company is subject to two different executive procedures (this one and the executive procedure no. 370/2017 RG Es) and the access road serves all the assets owned by the company itself; part of the carriageway crosses the parcel 48 of sheet 17 dividing it substantially in half, the road is considered a permanent easement. The land is located at variable altitudes between 260 and 350 m asl, with the town center located at an altitude of about 315 m asl, the fields are on average steep to steep with sloping slopes in different directions in order to allow the surface waters to flow. in the Fossi del Fragneta and Covone which downstream takes the name of Rio Ceruto (right tributary of the Caina torrent); only part of the land located near the Fosso Covone is flat. The surfaces develop mainly on slopes with south-east and west exposure.
STORAGE BUILDING - WAREHOUSES Single-storey structure, registered in the Building Registry of the Municipality of Magione, sheet 17, parcel 631, category D/10, annuity € 735.00. It is a portion of the building divided into several buildings, the procedure affects a portion (just over 1/3) of the building only intended for storage/shelter for animals. The remaining part of the same building for less than 2/3, with only a virtual border on the map while on the spot it is a single room, insists on another parcel (part. No. 644) not affected by the procedure (subject of the aforementioned procedure executive no. 370/2017 RG Es). The portion of the building used as a sheep shelter has the supporting structure in reinforced concrete columns, infill in concrete blocks, up to a height of 2.20 m, the remaining part of the walls are closed in PVC, the floor is in rammed earth . Maximum height of the premises of about 5.50 m, minimum height of about 3.65 m. The property has mediocre construction characteristics as well as the state of conservation. The area affected by this procedure is equal to a total of approximately 220 square meters, of which approximately 90 square meters are not in compliance with urban planning.
BARN - Shed located on the ground floor only, registered in the Land Registry buildings of the Municipality of Magione, sheet 17, parcel 632, category D/10, rent € 141.00 This is a portion of the building (less than 1/4) used for the shelter of hay in nurses. The remaining part, for more than 3/4, with only virtual boundary on the map while on the spot it is a single room, insists on another parcel (part.n.643) not affected by this procedure (subject of the aforementioned executive procedure no. 370/2017 RG Es). The portion of the building, used as a barn, has the supporting structure in metal columns, roof in metal trusses and asbestos roofing, clay floor. The state of maintenance and conservation is sufficient. The maximum height is approximately 6.00 m at the ridge, the minimum height is approximately 5.00 m at the eaves. The area involved in the procedure is approximately 46 square meters.
