The receivership reports that it has proceeded with their renewal. Although such domains are not legally linked to the life of the trademarks in Italy and/or abroad, it is nevertheless clear that their renewal may contribute to maintaining the company's image.
The buyer of the trademark could therefore use the renewed domains.

Please note that priority will be given to the assessment of irrevocable purchase offers received for Lot 1. Therefore, in the presence of one or more irrevocable purchase offers relating to the entire asset, the irrevocable offers submitted in relation to this lot will not be taken into consideration, unless otherwise indicated by the Procedure, and Lot 1 will be awarded, or a bidding contest will be called on said Lot, should there be two or more irrevocable offers, deemed appropriate and admissible by the Receiver based on the requirements indicated in these sale regulations.
