The land is currently identified as "Unplanned Areas", as the five-year term of validity of the Plan of Interventions has elapsed; the plan has exhausted its effectiveness due to the extension of the timeframe relating to the implementation of the planning agreements signed between the public and private parties.
The land in question is included in Homogeneous Territorial Area no. 3 and is subject to the Planning Agreement APP 1D (Sabbion locality) signed on 04/02/2016 and adopted with Municipal Council Resolution no. 3 of 17/02/2016 approving Variant no. 5 to Phase 3 of the Plan of Interventions.
In relation to the above-mentioned Agreement, the areas under review have been classified by the current urban planning instrument as follows: Consolidated urbanization areas with a prevailing "residential with the possibility of constructing buildings for commercial use" designation..
