The building land is located in the first outskirts of the Municipality of Cologna Veneta, about 2 km from the town hall.
The area of about 18.5 hectares has access from Via Roma.
The real estate complex is located adjacent to the consolidated building area, and the expansion of the residential perimeter will have to take place in this area.
The lands are currently classified as "Unplanned Areas", as the five-year term of the Intervention Plan has expired, which has lost its effectiveness due to the prolonged timing related to the implementation of the planning agreements signed between public and private.
The lands in question are included in the Homogeneous Territorial Area no. 3 – and are subject to the Planning Agreement APP 1D – (locality Sabbion) signed on 04/02/2016 and adopted with Municipal Council Resolution no. 3 of 17/02/2016 approving Variation no. 5 to Phase 3 of the Intervention Plan.
In relation to the aforementioned Agreement, the areas under examination have been classified by the current urban planning tool as follows: Areas of consolidated urbanization with a predominant destination of "residential with the possibility of building commercial use buildings"..
