- Landscape restriction pursuant to Legislative Decree 42/2004: Wooded Areas, Forest-use restriction – Regional Law 52/1978
- Road setback restriction
- Hydrogeological-forest restriction R.D. 3267/1923
- Geological suitability for planning purposes: Unsuitable areas
- Ecological network system, restriction of ecological corridors under the Regional Territorial Coordination Plan
- Ecological network restriction, naturalistic connection area

Please note that:
- in the presence of multiple valid bids submitted at the auction base price, priority will be given to the bidder who has submitted a bid for both lots;
- if no bids are received for both lots at the base price but bids are received for both lots at the minimum bid, priority will be given to the bid submitted on Lot 1 at the base price;
- if there are no bids on Lot 1 at the base price, priority will be given to the bidder who has submitted a bid equal to the minimum bid on both lots.
In any case, the Procedure reserves the right to evaluate the bids received and may decide, at its sole and unquestionable discretion, to accept or reject the bids submitted in the best interest of the Procedure itself. In the event of any rejection of a submitted bid, the bidder may not make any claim for damages or compensation

How to participate in the bidding process

The procedure is easy and intuitive.

  1. Register on Gobidreal.it

    To activate your account, enter the required data which will be the same with which you will participate in the online competitive sale and to which, if applicable, the award of the property at auction will be attributed.

  2. Place your bid

    Click on "Make an offer", enter the amount you would like to offer, download and fill out the Offer Form. Pay the security deposit. Send the signed form along with the bank transfer receipt and the required documentation. You will be notified of the receipt of the offer on the sale page.

  3. Evaluation outcome

    The offer will undergo an evaluation process. The outcome will be communicated to you via email. If your offer is the only one approved, you will be able to directly acquire the property. If there are multiple valid offers, you will be allowed to participate in an online competitive auction open only to bidders. At the end of the sale, the highest bidder will be the winner of the property.
