Vineyard and woodland in Rosora (AN) - Locality Pratelli - TENDER COLLECTION -

Land in Contrada Pratelli with a cadastral area of 10.92.77 hectares; vineyard for 6.69.64 hectares, pasture and woodland for 4.23.13 hectares.
The plot is located about 1.5 km from the municipality of Rosora.
Vineyard of about twenty years, cultivated varieties Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi and Sauvignon, bordering to the north with the Rosora ditch, to the east and west with Moncaro properties and to the south with another property. North exposure with slightly sloping terrain. The vineyard is divided into two parts separated by a dirt road; the one further north, bordering the ditch and with an area of about 3.9 hectares, has been unattended for some time. The other part of about 2.8 hectares, on the other hand, is regularly farmed and the vineyard is in good vegetative condition.
