Land in the Pratelli district with a cadastral area of 10.92.77 hectares; vineyard for 6.69.64 hectares, pasture and woodland for 4.23.13 hectares.
The plot is located about 1.5 km from the municipality of Rosora.
Approximately twenty-year-old vineyard, cultivated varieties Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi and Sauvignon; it borders to the north with the Rosora ditch, to the east and west with Moncaro property, and to the south with another property. Northern exposure with a slight slope. The vineyard is divided into two separate sections separated by a dirt road; the northernmost one, bordering the ditch and with an area of about 3.9 hectares, has been unattended for some time. The other section of about 2.8 hectares, instead, is regularly managed and the vines are in good vegetative condition.
