Land in the Pratelli district with a cadastral area of 10.92.77 hectares; Vineyard of 6.69.64 hectares, pasture and woodland of 4.23.13 hectares.
The plot is located about 1.5 km from the municipality of Rosora.
About twenty-year-old vineyard, cultivated varieties Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi and Sauvignon, bordered to the North by the Rosora ditch, to the East and West by Moncaro property and to the South by another property. North-facing exposure with a slightly sloping lay. The vineyard is divided into two separate sections by a dirt track; the northernmost one, bordering the ditch and with an area of about 3.9 hectares, has been unattended for some time. The other section of about 2.8 hectares, instead, is regularly managed and the vineyard is in good vegetative condition.
